Read the buying guideHow much data do I need?
Choose for your expected uploads and downloads over 30 days. Start with Starter for lighter research, consider Plus for regular documents or Max for large files. Existing users can check their usage history. These are use-case suggestions, not usage guarantees.
Are higher-priced plans faster?
Plans differ in data and personal-device allowance, not a promised speed tier. Performance depends on your local network, route, node load and destination service.
Is there auto-renewal? How do renewals work?
There is no automatic charge. Validity starts on activation; access stops at expiry or when data runs out. Renewals add data and extend an active expiry, or start from reactivation if expired. Data does not reset by calendar month.
How does the device allowance work?
Starter allows up to 3 personal devices; Plus and Max allow up to 5. They share your data allowance. This is a personal-use policy, not automatic hardware binding or disconnection. Do not share your account. Existing orders keep their original terms.
Are AI memberships or API credits included?
No. NailongVPN provides connectivity and subscription management. AI memberships, API credits and paid clients are separate. Platform access depends on supported regions, account eligibility and terms. Account unblocking is not promised.
