Service scope
NailongVPN provides US datacenter connectivity and subscription management for Hong Kong users, including accounts, usage, orders, client subscriptions and support tickets. Registration is free and does not itself activate a connection.
A datacenter IP is not residential. A dedicated exit means an IP assigned exclusively to one account; it does not mean an exclusive physical server, guaranteed third-party access, freedom from account restrictions or a guaranteed speed. Older trial connections show their actual allocation type.
Third-party clients, memberships and application services are not included and remain subject to their providers' rules.
Plans, payments and activation
The order and checkout show the applicable amount, currency, data allowance and validity. Current plans use one-time payments, with no automatic renewal. New dedicated-plan payments are not accepted without an available dedicated exit.
Returning from checkout does not prove activation. NailongVPN verifies payment before activating connectivity; orders and the workspace show the final status. While the assigned connection is retained, renewal keeps it, adds data and extends validity. Data does not automatically reset each calendar month.
A shared seat and its node credentials are reclaimed once seven days have passed after expiry, only when no payment, activation, refund or node switch is unfinished. Your account, orders and cumulative usage records are retained. A later purchase is allocated again and may use a different node or exit IP; the subscription URL stays the same, and you need to refresh it in your client. Dedicated bindings are not automatically reclaimed. A shared reservation that never activated is released only after non-payment is confirmed and no corresponding node credential exists.
For payment errors, failed activation or after-sales requests, submit a workspace ticket. The operator reviews the order and actual delivery. These terms do not promise a uniform refund period or automatic refund, or remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Referral rewards and account balance
Referral links only associate a new account with its inviter and do not grant connectivity. After a friend's first qualifying cash-paid order is activated, the reward stays pending. An administrator verifies the net payment and genuine referral before releasing account credit at the rate shown in the workspace. The portion paid from balance earns no reward, and pending credit cannot be spent.
An invitee who signs up through a referral link, or enters a referral code before their first payment, gets their first order reduced once at the rate shown in the workspace, provided the inviter has a paid order activated, after any student price. If that order expires or is cancelled unpaid, the reduction returns for another order; it is not restored after a refund or dispute of a paid order. One-time invitations issued by the operator are not referrals and carry no reduction.
Account credit only offsets NailongVPN orders. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred or topped up. Available credit is applied automatically at checkout. Full coverage needs no card payment; otherwise the checkout shows the cash due. Test-mode credit cannot be used for live payments.
Each invitee can generate one reward only in the same payment environment. Refunds, disputes or rejected claims do not restore eligibility. The inviter and invitee cannot earn repeated rewards using aliases of the same Gmail mailbox, the same payment method, or a card fingerprint that has already earned a reward. Payments without a card fingerprint require manual review. Passing payment checks does not prove a genuine referral. Registration alone earns no balance; referral review does not block normal purchases or activation.
Refunds remain subject to operator review and are not automatically issued on a user's request. Rewards use actual net cash paid: partial refunds reduce pending rewards or reverse released credit; full refunds or disputes reverse the associated reward and return the buyer's spent balance under the order rules. Reversing an already-spent reward may create a negative balance; future rewards first cover it, and further balance overdrafts are not allowed.
Accounts and credentials
Use a sign-in account you are entitled to use. Protect subscription URLs, passwords and verification codes; subscription links grant connection access and should not be published. Multiple personal devices on one account consume the same data allowance.
Leaked credentials, expiry, exhausted data or a disabled account may prevent access. Replacing a subscription URL does not replace every node password already imported into clients. Contact support to confirm the response scope.
Acceptable use and limitations
Do not use NailongVPN for unlawful activity, fraud, malicious spam or unauthorized intrusion or attacks. Observe third-party eligibility, region and usage rules. NailongVPN does not bypass account reviews or guarantee unblocking.
Local networks, carriers, maintenance and third-party availability affect connectivity. These terms do not guarantee a fixed latency, bandwidth or round-the-clock availability. Report your device, client version, network and error; do not send full passwords or private subscription URLs.

These terms do not alter existing order amounts, purchased entitlements or the payment entity. Changes in service scope should be explained before purchase.
