We only verify your university email. No student card upload.

Which emails are eligible?

School email from any university or secondary school counts, in Hong Kong, mainland China, Macau, Taiwan or abroad. Addresses such as .edu, .edu.hk, .edu.cn and .ac.uk are recognised, and so are Hong Kong university addresses without edu, such as @connect.hku.hk, @connect.ust.hk, @connect.polyu.hk and @ln.hk. Alumni addresses are not eligible.

My school isn't recognised. What now?

First check that it is the address your school gave you. If it is, sign up and open a ticket on the Support page of your workspace with your school's name and email domain. Once we confirm it, we add the school and the offer applies to your account.

I already signed up with another email. What now?

No new account needed. Sign in, open Plans in your workspace and choose Verify school email, then add and confirm your school address.

How many times can I use it?

Once per school mailbox, on your next order, on any plan. Renewals are at the regular price.

Can I combine it with invite credit?

Yes. The student price is applied first, then your account balance.

What if I don't finish paying?

Nothing is lost. When an unpaid order expires, the offer returns to your account. It is not restored after a paid order is refunded.
